About Stephanie...
Practice & Team Founder, Therapist. A question people often ask me is why I chose to become a therapist. The answer is simple. I followed my heart. After having several different successful careers, I finally decided to pursue my lifelong dream of helping people through therapy.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX with a major in Psychology. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling also from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX, and obtained both my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapy (LMFT) licenses. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and also offer supervision to Marriage & Family Therapist Candidates. I am also a certified trauma-focused equine-facilitated psychotherapist (TF-EAP).
I have helped clients of all ages & across a wide variety of presenting challenges. My areas of expertise & of particular interest are treating eating disorders, infertility, postpartum challenges, couples, families & parenting.
I honor my clients' therapeutic process, and I regard it an honor to be invited to walk a part of that journey with them.
I fully believe in work/life balance. I believe that in order for me to be completely present for my clients, I need to also take care of myself. Thus, in my leisure time I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, hiking, practicing yoga, and playing with my therapy dog, "Zoe."

About Paige...
Team Therapist, Practice Manager. The connection, empowerment, and shifts that can occur through a therapeutic experience are expansive. I follow the approach of Psychodynamic Therapy, which uses insight focused and collaborative treatment through which the therapist and patient process experiences and set goals together. I also integrate other therapeutic theories such as CBT, narrative therapy, person centered, and solution focused modalities. Progress is monitored throughout treatment by the therapist and the client. The therapist and client are a collaborative team, both playing an active role in the session. My areas of expertise and supported populations include adolescents, adults, couples, families, eating disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, comorbid diagnoses, trauma related disorders and PTSD, and interpersonal and relationship violence.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree at Hastings College with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. I moved on to complete my Master’s in Counseling (M.A.) from Northwestern University. I am a National Board-Certified Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Associate (ACA). My hope is to empower clients through connection and collaboration and I feel honored to be invited on your journey.
In my free time, I practice self-care through my own therapeutic journey, I enjoy playing and watching hockey, I enjoy hiking in the Foothills, I take my dog “Angel” on car rides to her favorite places, and spend time with my closest friends and family.

I received my Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Southern California Seminary in San Diego, CA. Additionally, I have worked in foster care for children and adolescents, treatment of substance use and other co-occurring disorders, mental health treatment facilities, and eating disorder treatment facilities. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use issues, relationship issues, and interpersonal issues. I understand that each client comes in with different needs and individualized care is very important and necessary for growth. I utilize various skills-based treatments in my work, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, exposure therapy, and open process/talk therapy. My family and I recently relocated to Colorado from Southern California. My husband and I are both native Southern Californians and this move was the first big move for both of us. We have two amazing children and we’re loving this new life we are building in Colorado. I believe the relationship in therapy is integral in the healing process, and I feel very privileged to walk alongside you during this process. When we choose to look at the parts of ourselves or our lives that are hard and challenging, and when we put in the work to make changes that will help us heal and grow, the work is worth it! I look forward to joining you in this journey!
About Harley...
Team Therapist. Hello! My name is Harley Leon and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate. I obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. After working in finance in New York City, it became clear that I was not fulfilled with the work I was doing. I moved to Los Angeles and when the COVID-19 pandemic began, I spent a lot of time thinking about what would fulfill my passion of helping others. I decided to become a therapist and I obtained my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Psychological Trauma from Antioch University Los Angeles.
Whether you are seeking therapy to process specific life events, develop coping mechanisms to better manage stressors, feel stuck, or simply want to better yourself, I believe therapy can help. I have experience working with a wide range of diagnoses and presenting problems from PTSD, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety, to processing grief and loss, life changes, and interpersonal relationships.
I take an approach that is client-centered and integrative. Humans are complex beings and I believe that one of the first steps to healing is fully understanding and accepting ourselves. My techniques are adaptive based on my client’s needs and if something is not working, I am happy to change course to redirect our therapy to be the most effective for each client. I believe that therapy should be collaborative, and I want my clients to see me as a partner in their healing journey.
Outside of therapy, you can find me spending time with my loved ones, taking photos of my cat, Mishka, and my dog, Ringo, traveling, reading, or taking a bath. I look forward to getting to know you!
